This class is recommended for those who have proficiency in Yang Style Tai Chi (Taijiquan) fundamentals and short forms and want to advance to the long form which takes 25 minutes to complete. Yang Style Tai Chi 108 Long Form is a traditional form that immerses you in the feeling of moving with the power of internal energy.
The Yang Style Tai Chi Long Form is the traditional Yang Style Tai Chi form created by the founder of Yang Style Tai Chi, Yang Luchan. Our traditional Yang Style Tai Chi lineage is under Fu Zhongwen, one of the most important disciples of Yang Chengfu, Yang Luchan’s grandson. Grandmaster Aiping Cheng was Fu Zhongwen’s student.
