Tai Chi Partner Training

This class is recommended for those who have proficiency in Tai Chi (Taijiquan) principles and want to learn beginning Tai Chi Push Hands exercises through non-aggressive and non-competitive partner drills.

This class introduces a wide range of two person drills to teach students how to connect, stick to, and follow their opponent. Students will learn to develop listening energy (ting jing), a critical pre-cursor to push hands. Students will gain a stronger understanding of the four primary energies of Peng, Lu, Ji and An. 

Because this class includes partner contact, COVID vaccinations will be required to attend class.
