My students in my Friday morning Fairfield County Tai Chi class reminded me that this coming November will be their 5 year Tai Chi anniversary. Time really does fly when you’re having fun! I don’t post the address for our Friday class because my student Judy lets us hold the class in her backyard which is along this beautiful private lake. The last few classes have been breathtakingly gorgeous. These photos were from this past Friday’s class. I couldn’t blame the students for not being able to concentrate on their Tai Chi when immersed in these beautiful surroundings. I am grateful for the wonderful facility in our Milford school and the ability to utilize the mirrors and technology there. But these Friday outdoor classes along the lake are what recharge my batteries. Tai Chi really is best experienced out in nature. And practicing Tai Chi outdoors in New England during autumn is the absolute best 🙂
