This Sunday, August 18 1PM – 3PM is our August community workshop. Normally I do a poll for the workshop topic but I decided to do something different for the August workshop. One of my in-person students requested I teach the Seated Vision Improvement Qigong routine. I think this would be a great topic for the August workshop as we leave summer and summer vacations and focus on work again. Those of you with kids who are going back to school, you can teach some of these to your kids too to help them relieve eye strain.
This is a Qigong routine designed during COVID and is meant to be done seated. Don’t let that fool you into thinking it’s not a really good full body workout. Doing these seated is actually more intense than doing them standing because they were designed especially to get a great workout when you’re glued to your computer and need a break.
I will be opening up this workshop to attend both online and in-person at our Milford school.
